TRAVEL ALERT - I am going to be traveling MAY 2018-SEPT 2018 through Italy, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Thailand, Bhutan, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and USA. I will be unable to host couch surfers during this time period.

ABOUT ME - I keep active - love to bike, hike, camp, and play softball mostly. Curling (a truly Canadian sport), skiing and skating in the winter. I am a foodie. I love food, and that is part of the experience of traveling... trying delicious food (and learning how to make things) from other cultures!

REGARDING COUCH REQUESTS - I prefer to receive requests with at least one weeks notice to respond.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've have been a host for many surfers who have visited me in Halifax, NS from as far as Argentina, South Africa, Switzerland, France, Germany, Australia, as well as throughout the Unites States, and across Canada.

Back in 2011, I was lucky to have been hosted by great people in Zimbabwe and Namibia. And between MAY 2018-SEPT 2018, I plan to do it again through Europe, Asia, and in South Pacific/New Zealand-ish area.
