ABOUT ME

I'm just a southern US Louisiana boy, that loves to fish and be outside. I have been fishing for a living down in the New Orleans area, but oil may have me seeking new waters. So I am going to wander a bit and possibly settle in a new port.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe all the really fun things in life are at least a little bit dangerous. I love never knowing what to expect, and believe nothing is impossible. Engage the infinite improbability drive Mr.Beeblebrox!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm just looking to meet some real people along my travels. Hopefully my southern charm is enough to make me worth my place on the couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None. Total newbie. Just seems more real and less lonely then the other forms of travel accommodations.

Interests

I love nature and like nothing more than playing in the sunshine with happy people. Fishing, Skiing, Geocaching, Hiking, Camping, Dirt Biking, Ultimate Frisbeeing, and anything else outdoors that ends in ING.

Music, Movies, and Books

Not really a music buff... I like a wide variety.

As for books and movies, I am an a Sci-fi/Fantasy nerd. I worked as a computer programmer for 6 years for christ's sakes... So anything along those lines I love. I want Heinlein to be my grand pappy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have ridden a Manatee! And they were cool with me... Not even scared.
