Overview
About Me
Former attorney (retired), now a nomad and haunter.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been nomadic since about 2016 - primarily as a "rubber tramp". I go on a lot of spontaneous cross-country road trips. I frequently give rides to hitchhikers and love meeting fellow drifters. I love roughing it, traveling with minimal cargo, and spending as little as possible.
I am on Couchsurfing to continue meeting other travelers and to share my home to weary wanderers.
Interests
Apart from my travel lifestyle, I am also a fan of the horror genre, Halloween, and I do a lot of work for haunted house attractions as an actor, set designer, builder, prop maker, and corpse maker.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Following my retirement from my law practice in 2017, I sold my house and got rid of most of my personal possessions. Then I embarked on a 15,000+ mile road trip throughout the western United States and Canada.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've picked up a lot of skills that allow me to travel cheap, easy, long, and far. I am happy to teach those skills to others.
