ABOUT ME
College/travel friends who are just finishing/finished our undergrad degrees. It's summer and making one profile for both of us seemed liked the easy/lazy thing to do since we travel together anyway.
PHILOSOPHY
When faced with life threatening/changing decisions, ask yourself: "What makes for a better story?" and then pursue the most ridiculous choice
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hosting, Surfing and Advice (giving and receiving)
St. Paul isn't as high on most people's travel radar so we've had to hop oceans to do our surfing.
We're very responsible, respectful, and in general pretty awesome guys to have around. We've both traveled extensively abroad and are getting pretty good at it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Summer 2007 we traveled around Europe, hitting the UK, Spain, Switzeland, and Germany. We then trekked over to Egypt before heading home.
From Sept-November 2008 we traveled in a group of 3 college friends to India, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, and Australia.
We contacted a few people via email on CS for general advice (especially during the San Fermin Festival in Pamplona, Spain) but didn't ride the couches!
One of our good friends has though (several times) and that's how we got hooked onto it. Looking forward to more couchsurfing adventures!
