I have always been fascinated about wine; I come from Bordeaux and where my family have its roots. I studied wine marketing and management at Bordeaux International Wine Institute, INSEEC. My curiosity becoming bigger and bigger, althrought I was only 20, I decided to jump into a crazy, but incredible, adventure; the OIV MSc. I travelled during wine year around the globe (27 countries) to discover the wine industry.
Then, I started a master of oenology in Montpellier SupAgro and in Geisenheim university; I want to learn as much as I can and satisfy this fantastic and strong passion. I did my master thesis in Georgia and .. I felt in love Data, my fiancé. We both grow up in wine country. We are both huge wine lover as well as gastronomy passionate. We have worked as winemaker for a number of years for other wineries gaining the experience we needed to carry out our dream of owning and operating our own small premium winery in Georgia, in caucasus region. Because of our love of wine, winemaking, and the winemaker lifestyle, we are now jumping in this adventure.
Also, we love nature and animals, actually we have a dog and 3 kittens, all rescued !
