About Me

Hi!

I'm a world traveler who loves to explore and experience the local culture in whatever country I'm in. Be it through food, art or lifestyle! I quit my job over two years ago to learn and explore the world. I have had so many great adventures and I have learned so much about myself in the process.

During my time I have hiked the Himalayas, taught English to monks, gone on safari, lived at monasteries, worked at a summer camp, volunteered with kids in India, learned to scuba dive and so much more...

My trip is still going strong with no end in sight. I have always loved the people I met along the way, so interesting, kind and generous! Only recently found couchsurfing and it has been wonderful so far, can't wait to meet more people!

At this stage of my travels I have connected deeply with Buddhism and try to make meditation a priority. I also do some online work as a writer and dietitian, and enjoy exercise, yoga, reading and good food! Check out my blog to read more about my life and journey:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Don't know if it's 'amazing' but I reached the top of a 5,000m mountain in Nepal and that was one of the most difficult things I ever did! Haha!

Teach, Learn, Share

I've taught English in three different countries so far, I can also teach meditation and yoga. I am a great cook and have picked up a few recipes around the world!
