On a nomadic adventure, visiting, living, working and volunteering around the world. I am learning Arabic and my goal at the moment is to immerse myself in Jordanian culture to build fluency. Everywhere I go I try to work with kids- their energy makes everything better and every day brighter! I am a therapist for children by profession and worked in the medical field in NY for many years before traveling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why not! I travel solo because it allows me the opportunity to meet as many fun and interesting people as I possibly can. I try not to make plans that are too concrete because I love to leave myself open to wherever the wind takes me, and the advantages to getting ideas and inspiration from locals for that are boundless!
