I left the USA about 3 years ago (august 2014) and have been traveling and learning everywhere I go. Now I travel with my boyfriend and we are a film making team. He is a photographer and I am the video editor. We also practice circus arts like hula hooping, juggling, yoga, slacklining, highlining, handstands, fire dancing, and also capoiera. We are go with the flow kind of people. We usually don't have anything planned, just a general direction we are heading, and sometimes not even that much.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Everywhere we go, we like to stay with people who actually live in the place we are visiting. It gives us a more authentic vibe and we have no interest in touristy things and try to stay away as much as possible. So couch surfing opens up communication between the people we aren't friends with YET.

Interests

We practice daily our circus arts and love to teach people that are willing to learn. And even those who don't believe they can. We like adventuring to the unknown and exploring unseen places. We like quiet and calm sceneries but we can also get down in any party and are never afraid to dance.

Music, Movies, and Books

We are open to lots of different kinds of music, i like to hear the sounds of different cultural music around the world. And also music you can dance to and music you can chill to. My favorite artists are Bonobo, Glass Animals, and Alt-J.
Movies, we are also open to pretty much any kind of film, except for horror movies, they don't do good for me lol
We always try to find good books, but usually we are disappointed half way through, we are not so good in picking books. But we are always open to suggestions and trying to find good ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left everything I once knew, everything that was familiar to me and went to follow my dreams. And I am proud to say I live my dreams authentically everyday and that I do with my life exactly what I want to be doing everyday.

Teach, Learn, Share

We make films about pretty much anything. But we specialize in art and dance, and lately we have been focused also on sustainability projects, environmental projects, and humanitarian projects as well. We have a voice with our videos and want to take all of our skills and use them together in a productive way and share it with the world. We are the medium between the public and the action.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We love to share our circus skills, to show people that they are capable of practicing a art form and its actually not that hard and very satifying and it teaches you a lot about yourself and your own capabilities. Besides circus stuff, we have loads of crazy stories of the adventures we've been on, complete with short video clips of pretty much everywhere we've been. Also, we have our photography services as well, and my boyfriend is always shooting something everywhere we go.
