CURRENT MISSION
Hitch hike a boat across the Atlantic...
ABOUT ME
More later:I have been traveling full time since 2006, working on various radical social projects (think: squats, social centers, food not bombs, anarchist libraries...).I am currently in Western Europe. I hardly ever use couch surfing, as I don't usually have the need. my networks are quite wide.We are back to travels after 8 months of house life! Hope my good reputation as a host lands us a place on your couch...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have primarily been a host of couchsurfers through the couchsurfing site, but have a lot of years of non-internet couchsurfing under my belt. I hope to have an opportunity to surf some couches now, as I am back on the road again.I would like to use couch surfing as an addition to hitch hiking, as it is a great resource for those long days that end up stuck somewhere I wasnt planning on being.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I signed up for couchsurfing in the winter of 2010, planning a hitch hiking trip from North to South Europe. I actually only ended up using it once during that trip, but later landed in a house in Southern Spain, where I turned on my couch availability. I havent really lived somewhere for many years, so I never planned on hosting, but the guests came flooding in. So far my experience with couch surfing has been really great, meeting a lot of funny people, and never anyone I disliked. Ok, some people were really quiet, and not at all social, and I didnt have a great experience with them, but no one has wronged me in anyway. Most people have been really cool too, and I have maintained contact with quite some people that I hosted. All in all a great concept, I hope it stays so good!Back on the road, hoping to surf some couches!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Stepping off a plane in Denmark (my first trip over seas), without enough money to get on a bus from the airport.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach a lot about living and traveling for free. I have been traveling for 6+ years, on no budget. I have managed to not only survive, but to thrive in life, and it rarely costs me anything. I studied alternative medicine for some time, though its a bit rusty, I would always give some tips for natural healing methods. I Pierced for 7 years, and would gladly teach you how to stab someone. I juggle as a hobby, and formerly as a street performer. I can teach juggling, other circus tricks, and street performing advice.I would like to learn a lot of things, what have you got to offer?
