ABOUT ME

whacky irish guy, the eight of nine children. after a somewhat difficult year, with a little help from my friends I found the courage to quit the job I hated and embark in this adventure, that will hopefully take me to india, taiwan and beyond.

PHILOSOPHY

This changes with the weather, though currently, I have one about fear. It is said in life we only regret the things we don't do. In tandem with this, many peoples fears are of the unknown (the future, that you will look stupid in front of people, etc). These two ideas exist, but contradict each other. Say we have a fear of the unknown, if the unknown becomes known and part of our existence, we won't regret its arrival, otherwise it doesn't become part of our existence so we should have no fear of it. Either way have no fear.

Have hosted tons of people in our 7/8/9 person flatshare, so looking forward to surfing having experienced hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Always interesting, mainly fun, can be very rewarding, makes you proud of where you are living when you show guests around.

Music: Any irish artists, Nina simone, Kraftwerk, ... loads, probably don't listen to much current music, like wine I prefer it when it is a few years old

I make a killer irish soda bread and will happily share the secrets. I can teach the foundations of Tai Chi, and get you started rock climbing too.
