One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ate "Trites" It was tasty, soft with a spicy and slightly bitter taste. Eating trites makes the stomach warm and the body feels fresh. My Karonese friend told me what we had just eaten. "Cow dung" he said at the time, laughing. When I ate it again, I just found out, the menu was called trites or bites.
