ABOUT ME

Mostly, and especially amongst friends I am very cheerful, energetic, also very Dutch so sometimes a little blunt (as they say), in for craziness, always interested. I can be a little introvert or quiet at times or in large groups. I like observing. Currently working in the Netherlands as a project manager for national government, but always looking for future possibilities abroad (again). Like concerts, shopping, going for a drink, musea, theatre, sports, yoga, walking tours, nature discovery, etc. Sure I am not the only one in this!

PHILOSOPHY

All a good life requires is a passport and a corkscrew.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a proud citizen of Amsterdam. I like the rest of the Netherlands, too (especially the east and north), and I know a bit about the country and how it came where it is now. I like to share that with visitors from all over. I am not a party-going type, though (some friends will not believe this, but it's true). I prefer a nice chat over a coffee or glass of wine. If I have time, you can stay at my couch, but since I am working full-time, my schedule might get a little packed.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Been to a few meetings and stuff, and had lots of drinks and coffees during one of my latest trips (China), where I kinda re-involved in CS. On my last visit to Stockholm, I rediscovered the pleasure of a couch there waiting for you.
