Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've hosted a couple of people already, and it was all SO rewarding! We did our first CS trip June/July 2010 through Europe. After that we have hosted a few people again....all of which have been wonderful experiences!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumped out of a perfectly good plane, that landed afterwards.....so there was no need for this!! And did it quite a few times afterwards...again! Diving with an annoyingly tame whale shark in Hibberdene, KZN, that kept following us. Did the Ultimate Human Race (Comrades Marathon) x4. Drove a truck through 7 African countries (and border posts) with a fake license printed on a home printer (original driver disappeared on us!)

I can teach you how to roast your own coffee....nothing as good as a good cuppachino from freshly roasted Fair Trade beans.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good traditional South African food (when we can find the ingredients in Canada), stories and good wine.
