ABOUT ME

I'm an openminded niceguy, sometimes a bit fuzzy. I'm looking for interesting experience, nice people from all around the world and cultural exchange. I want to see as much of the world as possible.

PHILOSOPHY

- basically existentialism
- trying to be a moral hedonist. means searching the best things in life and trying to help and never hurt others.
- I love cooking, good espresso, reading, good vine, nice places, the sea

Music, Movies, and Books

There are so many good books. Reading one of them feels like experiencing another persons life. Recently I read a lot of science fiction like Neal Stephenson. Before that I read strange psychotic books like Bret Easton Ellis or Michel Houellebecq. And beforehand I enjoyed Erich Fromm, Milan Kundera, Jostein Gaarder and Huxley+Orwell. Currently I am reading a fantasy novel from my childhood and Immanuel Kants critics of pure reason in parallel. Up next is a book you name me.

I like most kinds of music, mainly jazz, blues, Caribbean stuff like calypso...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Difficult question. One of the best things I lived to see was a travelling along italy. There were so many intriguing moments on that trip. Ask me when you come over!

Once I was sailing in the netherlands, and its always impressive to experience wind driven locomotion; but then we (my father and me) sailed through a huge swarm of birds and they didnt fly away in the first place, but just moved aside. Then, when we were in the center of those thousands of bird they all took off simultaneously. That moment was great.

Teach, Learn, Share

You can buy many things, but the best experiences you collect cost nothing; to focus on money and luxury does actually hinder these experiences.

I have a broad knowledge in philosophy, theory of science, evolution, physics. I am also a computer scientist. I can sail a boat.

I'd love to learn how life work in your country, what your opinion on living a good life is. I am interested in any scienctific talk, political discussion and recipes.
