ABOUT ME

I'm in transition (who drawing breath isn't?) and straddle the Pacific Northwest and Vieques Island in the Caribbean. Have the grace to be able to re-create myself at this point in life as whomever/whatever I want to be, wherever and whenever. Haven't found my Ultima Thule (best place which makes my soul sing) so will be gypsying around and exploring new+old territories.
I feel forever young. I relish Life, adventure, people, narwhals, situations that make me question the fibre of our reality, and more.... I don't relish the 7 Deadly Sins, pretense, cruelty and fraidy cats.
I believe in the Golden Rule, paying it forward and lots of good Karma-creating. I'm an impeccable guest and a considerate host.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After selling my place in WA and MOL living full-time in PR I've hosted lots of visitors--just not on CS. Seems that when you've got an island house friends-of- friends and strays find you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

See above.....THOUGH, my offspring have travelled a combined 67 countries surfing and have offered their places in return. Can I ride on their coattails???

Interests

How about I list what I'm NOT interested in? Don't like observer sports too well(unless I personally know the players), but love to participate. Mathematics and physics aren't my cuppa. Consumerism and social pretense and dogma don't particularly captivate me.
Rousing conversation, exchange of ideas and challenge of my perceptions is always a highlight. Anything having to do with living things interests me. I like most activities, sports, entertainments, philosophies, arts, cuisines, cultures and spiritual pursuits......

Whoever is/are the CouchSurfing directors deserve our kudos! I can teach lots of stuff since I'm almost a crone. Patience. Forbearance. Forgiveness (esoterics). Herbal uses/ jam making/ how to find huckleberries in the mtn.s. Camping, living on a shoestring. Delivering babies at home. Snorkeling. Planting and harvesting. A bit of Spanish. Dog whelping. Travelling sola in a van. Dignity. Cooking. Writing and so on...
