ABOUT ME

I live in the south of France near the beach.

I love spending my days at the terrace of a small cafe watching the world go by...

I love my job, and my little brother [he's not THAT little].

I am living 2007 in Canada, 9 months in Montreal and the last 3 on the west coast of Canada and the U.S.

And the most important thing is that I have a 'strawberry' on my head - want to know more, ask me?

One small thing about my childhood that I should add, I have very fond memories of my grand-mother telling me stories about her life and all that it encompassed and me listening with eyes wide open...

A personal goal: Have my kids feel the same way as I tell them stories of my travels and my life..

Interessi

I could spend an entire day in the movie theatre, hours buried in a book, a good book of course, and the whole night in front of my computer..

I enjoy good food, really good food really makes me smile.. When the budget allows, I love to go out to restaurants, taste new things, and spend time with friends around 4-5 dishes that we'll split. Afterwards, if still awake, we'll play cards to the early hours of the morning and we'll rebuild the world through our eyes.

I also enjoy just sitting around doing nothing, if I decided that today was a nothing to do day..

I love to cook [from scratch], go to the movies, take a stroll along the beach, travel when I can, go to movies some more, spend time with the whole family,
my friends and just in case you had any doubts, go to the movies some more... :)

I like shopping a little [after all, I'm still a girl!], I love documentaries, movies, series, and anything around that medium..

I like to play board and card games... and let's not forget watch or read about current events/news.

Films : Kill Bill [Vol 1 & 2], La vita est bella, Face-off, Schindler's List, Mystic River, 25th hour, American History X, Crash, Garden State, french films of course...and the list goes on !!!!

Music: French variety, Pop Rock, Funk, Hip Hop, Rap, Electro, ... All sorts of music ! and of course Soundtracks !!!

Books: Douglas Kennedy, Maxime Chattam, Frederic Beigbeder, Fred Vargas, Denis Lehane, the Harry Potter series and equivalent...

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Spent an incredible Dec 31st 2005, volunteering and helping to setup the event for an association that helps the homeless and the under-priviledged... I will remember this night my whole life...

Bring the kids from the community center where I work, for a day to the Poudlard School.
