ABOUT ME

We are Jessika (29) and Calle (27), both Swedish speaking Finns living together in a small town on the west coast of Finland, even though almost on the countryside. We have both grown up on family farms, and appreceate the favour of countryside lifestyle.

Jessika is working as a dairy farm advisor for a rural advising company.

Calle is working as a car mechanic at a Toyota garage in Jakobstad.

We are both down to earth and enjoy a good discussion or laugh with new people.

Heard of this great opportunity a couple of years ago. Jessika has been surfing in Sweden together with friends, what a great experience!

We haven't hosted yet, but are looking forward to it!

Intereses

We enjoy taking care of our cosy home, such as smaller renovating jobs, gardening and interior.

Jessika is keen on testing all kind of sports, such as kick-boxing and crossfit-training. Both of us go cross county-skiing in the winter time.

Cooking and culunary experiences is also a great interest for both of us.
Calle has also a great interest in home brewing and has made a number of delicious craft beers in our kitchen. Jessika on the other hand makes craft cheese now and then.

Calle prefers car mechanics both as full-time work and hobby projects. He's also involved in the historical organisation Nykarleby Jernväg for steam locomotives. We also got two motorbikes and do both longer and shorter trips.

Travelling and experiencing new cultures and people haven't been done as much as we wish to yet. We try to go for one longer travel each year, and a few shorter ones.
