I am usually out of the country and live in Singapore at this moment but I will let you stay in my apartments. My parents will entertain you if ever I am not around. They would be happy to meet guests. They will let you stay with them or stay alone in my other apartments.

Due to many requests to stay with us, when there is conflict of schedule, please excuse me if I turn you down. I can not accommodate you all. Our apartments are just very small.

*I do not like one-hit-wonder. I hate it when someone message me and when I reply, there's no response anymore. Please don't request or message me if you are only a one-hit-wonder.

*Please maintain cleanliness and keep my apartments organized. Do not destroy the things in my apartment.

*Please do not bring other guests in my apartment for sex.
