Born and lived in South Africa all my life, but the world is my home. Free spirited, open-minded, curious and adventurous in nature, but always anchored. Trying to find out what else is there to explore and enjoy in life and living. Traveler at heart , appreciating new places, authentic people and experiences, sometimes to be found in unplanned and unexpected circumstances. I enjoy the simple things, the special moments and the goodness in people I meet. I believe an opportunity sometimes only presents itself once. I believe you are never to old to live your dreams. More about me: I have studied and worked most of my adult life, but in this phase of my life I now have the time to explore my real passions of travel, gardening, art, as well as spirituality and exercising for ensuring a healthy body and mind.

Interests

Traveling is a passion of mine. Apart from touring my home province, the Western Cape, I love traveling to foreign countries whenever an opportunity arises. While at home I enjoy gardening, I specifically have an interest and love for our indigenous Fynbos as well as for Mediterranean plants, which do very well where I live. My garden provides a calm and private haven for me (and my guests). I believe in a healthy lifestyle and for me there is nothing more energizing than walking or jumping on my bicycle and cycling to one of the nearby tidal pools or beach for a refreshing dip - my warrior muti
