ABOUT ME

I love to play guitar, talk with friends, go swimming, sit around a campfire, and philosophize. I write poetry and short stories for a few off-beat magazines, and I find that life experiences are the best material. I am willing to try almost anything once, and then I'll do the fun stuff again. I'm a good listener, contemplative, meditative, and a lover of the outdoors, and a good beach. Oh, and I'm six and a half feet tall (2.0M).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't need much. As long as you have space on the floor, I'll be comfy enough. I don't mind helping out with some cleaning and dishes, it's the least I can do. And I'd love to swap stories, play you a song on the guitar, or be your DD. I'm down for anything, as long as it doesn't involve spiders.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have unofficially hosted before, and since joining have surfed at several houses. I love having people over and showing them the fun spots of my city, and I appreciate hosts doing the same in return. I'd rather see something that I can't see anywhere else - something unique or interesting, or just silly. It doesn't take much to entertain me. If nothing else, I'd love to just sit and hear your stories. The sights are great, but people are the most interesting part about traveling.

Centres d'intérêt

Being in nature, swimming, listening to new music, hearing new stories, seeing life from another perspective, laughing, and not taking myself too seriously. I love to write, and can spend hours with just my notebook and a pen. I play guitar, and have a fondness for karaoke. I also love to dance, with both of my left feet.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I almost climbed Mt. Whitney in 2010, although a blizzard hit 2000 feet from the summit. Someday I'll go back and reach the top.

I know almost everything there is to know about English, Writing, Syntax and Grammar. I also play acoustic guitar. I want to learn new languages, and I also want to learn how to cook.
