My name is Carla and the past couple of years I traveled *a lot* :P I'm from Argentina, but I'm living in Sweden now. I've recently finished a masters on Human-Computer Interaction and now I'm working on my own project.

The best from my last two years studying in an international masters program was actually meeting people from EVERYWHERE. So I'm open to offer part of that experience to others, and keep knowing about other cultures at the same time :)

Right now I'm planning my first trip to Japan, and as I'm a big fan of the japanese culture I'd like to experience the city from the eyes of a local. I'd love to stay over at someone's place (or maybe several hosts during the whole trip!) to really "absorbe" the city and practice japanese :) And it'd be great if I make some friends and keep in touch later.

About Music, I could mention some artists (a bit random again :P): Muse, Foo Fighters, Celine Dion, Laura Pausini, Norah Jones, Maaya Sakamoto, Larc~en~ciel, also soundtracks: John Williams, Hans Zimmer, Yoko Kanno, Yasunori Mitsuda. And the norwegian duo "Ylvis" makes me laugh with good songs, I love that :)

I programmed a mobile app that lets you vote for the songs you want a DJ to play at a party or nightclub: jukeboss.eu. It started as a course project during my masters, but now it's turning into a real business ^^

Ensine, Aprenda, Compartilhe

I'd love to teach about argentinian culture. I think that for people learning spanish, they could find my accent or "slang" quite interesting. Sharing argentinian "cuisine" is also nice... but I'm not a chef! All I can guarantee is some food made with love :P

I'd love to practice the languages I'm learning (japanese, french, italian) while also sharing our culture.
