I grew up in a little town outside Bogotá. I also grew up in a multicultral family and studied in a bilingual school where I learn different languages such as German, English, and a little bit of French. Living in this environment taught me to be curious about and appreciate different cultures. And this is one of the reasons I love traveling: I get to know new people and learn new things from them.

I´m really interesting in anything related to art, design and photography. Whenever I visit a new place I like to explore its architecture and its local food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My brother and i are going to backpack around Europe this summer. Our budget is short and couchsurfing is a great alternative not only to save money but to meet new people and get to know different cultures through the eyes of local people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like almost every type of music except for metal and death metal. I mostly listen to latin music, but I also enjoy listening to indie and folk music.
My favorite Movies are from directors such as Wes Anderson, Steve McQueen and Pedro Almodóvar.
I really like to read latinamerican authors such as Gabriel García Márquez, Mario Vargas Llosa, Germán Castro Caicedo, Laura Restrepo, etc. My favorite book is from an american author thou, It's calles "One River" by Wade Davis.

Since i'm traveling with my brother, we can offer you a good laugh, nice conversations, and a great time. My brother studies gastronomy and cooks very well.
