So... What can I say... First, I'm really bad at About Me-s, so get ready for a story. I was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I studied Communications and Acting, and proceeded to move to NYC to act and sing. During the almost nine years I've been here a lot of things have happened, including me moving from acting into fashion, and starting my own Fashion & Lifestyle Blog (Got check it out, if you want! www.haute-cocktail.com). Now, my Blogging career is slowly placing me back in front of the cameras, as I start a new adventure in Miami pretty soon... and is in that transition that I see myself drawn to finally getting myself into Couch Surfing.

I believe in magic, my spirit animal is a unicorn, my favorite colors are red and purple, music is my life, I love singing and dancing, coffee is my best friend, I love stars and anything celestial related including Astrology, I'm totally a cat person, I'm a Raver for life, and... Now you go!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm moving from NYC to Miami and making a first stop in DC to film a short film. I have friends in several states and cities going down south, and I'm considering traveling to Florida while making stops in different cities. I had heard great things about Couch Surfing, so it seemed that my day to join had come. Looking forward to settling down in Miami and being able to host other Couch Surfers.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I listen to a lot of Pop and EDM. My favorite movies are comedies and I can pretty much quote "Old School", "Wedding Crashers" and "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" from beginning to end. Currently I'm reading "The Happiness Project", have read "The Secret" twice, want to re-read "The Alchemist" and "A Wrinkle in Time", and even though I own it, I haven't touched "Fifty Shades of Grey". Haha!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

*Moving to NYC was an amazing thing to accomplish.
*Appearing on TV commenting on Celebrity fashion was pretty fun.
* Being featured in an NYC magazine was a surreal experience.
* Traveling almost on my own has been very empowering.
* I wouldn't consider myself an outdoors person, but I might be as I've zip-lined, ridden horses (even owned one!), gone white water rafting, hot air ballooning, and got my motorcycle license.
* Oh... It was only one? Oops! :)

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can teach you Spanish, give you a fun light show, attempt to read you the Tarot cards (I've been teaching myself), shake and stir cocktails into existence, and cook for you Puerto Rican Pastelon or Empanadas. Yum!
