ABOUT ME

I'm 48 with two grown sons. I'm going to be traveling from April 2013 to August 2013. I'm kinda laid back. I Love my kids, my friends, movies, music, traveling, cooking, pets, meeting new people. I am non-religious.

PHILOSOPHY

Unfortunately A-holes rule the world, but sincerely hope to see that change. People say, well there's nothing I can do about it, and they're right, if they think they can't do anything about it they won't even try. I think we have a responsibility to try. I'm not spoiled or demanding. I go with the flow pretty well, I think. Bleep happens, go on.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We hosted a great couple in September 2009, and two ladies in January 2011, so far. We thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. We will not be able to host for a while. i surfed with a very groovy lady in West Hollywood in 2010. My son explored Amsterdam with a great lady. I had one of the best hosts ever in Hereford, and met up with Jon for coffee in B'ham in March 2013.

I saw the WHO at MSG, but on my first trip to NYC, I went alone, which is a feat in itself. I raised two children alone. Traveling England alone.
