Just recently moved back into my parents house after living in Lake Tahoe, California and Portland, Oregon working as a infusion nurse.
After moving home I went on a 2 month back packing trip through Europe where I made some really great friends and memories some in which I met through CouchSurfing :)

Right now I am getting ready to start a nursing job in Huntington Beach as a float nurse and my hours are not yet set in stone. So I have lots of free time to show any travels the ropes around my hometown!

Some info about me:
Straight out of high school I taught snowboarding to people of all ages in Big Bear, CA where I got a certificate in child development and was more of a babysitter than an instructor.
After my work in Big Bear I went to private nursing school and started working right away in an low-income, urgent care where I got to meet some down-to-earth people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

New to couchsurfing.org but have hosted many travelers at my house due to roommates accounts. I am looking to host travelers in hopes of building connections in other parts of the world.

Interests

I enjoy drawing (anything art related really), playing roller derby, snowboarding, eating food-- who doesn't?-- exploring now places, cupcakes, walking around, and making friends, going to bars and a good conversation.
