that i am quirky, random, a good-listener and oddly unfamiliar with standard foods of the world. i grew up in South Florida and then moved to California, specifically the Bay Area, for college. Now i live in New Orleans, La and teach 7th graders math. Fractions, decimals, percents, OH MY!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to couchsurfing but i will be travelling Europe through July with Andrea and Paige, friends i met when i was in middle school. We will be visiting Copenhagen, London, Dublin, Paris, and Amsterdam.

Interests

i am overly passionate about three things: the music of Bruce Springsteen, making tie-dye t-shirts, and learning more about history to inform my present. i am currently a 7th grade math teacher at a low-income school outside of New Orleans, Louisiana. i think children are hysterical and that 7th grade math is applicable to everyday life.
