ABOUT ME

Things that make me smile: yoga, finger painting, fire hooping, bubble tea, dancing, live music, taking pictures, wilderness adventures, napping under trees, playing frisbee with my dogs, whole coconuts, spontaneity, cooking, gardening, books, and being alive! About me: I graduated from Purdue University with a BA in anthropology, and minors in philosophy, psychology, and religious studies. I attended Clayton College of Natural Health and hold a doctorate in natural health and a BS in holistic nutrition. I am an experienced registered yoga teacher and study and practice ashtanga under the teachings of Manju Jois. For a job: I am a yoga teacher, craft maker, and I take care of the mini-farm. We have chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, rabbits, and gardens. We live simply and happily in the country hills of southern Indiana.
