Hi all,
I'm an italian guy living and working in Matera.
I love to do sport, photography, going out for the week end, visitin exhibitions and exploring the city.
I'm very able in cooking several kinds of pasta and other italian dishes, but my favorite dish is basmati rice with seitan, tomato, souce and vegetables.
