I'm Carlo and I was born and raised in Zurich Switzerland. My parents are Italian from a small village in the Cilento region of Campania. There is a huge Italian community over here, so i was able to pick the best things from both cultures. So I define myself as a Switalian guy :-)

I'm a very easy going guy and I'm always happy to make new friends, share stories and experiences, spending funny nights and beautiful days with other people. Whether it is while I'm traveling or during my everyday life...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've already had some great experiences with Couchsurfing in different places in The United States, Australia and Italy. Unfortunately though, I was not able to travel too much in the last couple of years, so i didn't take care of my profile and all my data got lost. So I have to start all over again. I hope you'll give me a chance even if I don't have (m)any references yet. I'm sure I will catch up soon.

After many years of hard work I've decided to take a break and have some me time... so I quit my job and sublet my apartment to go on a long journey! I'm planning a trip through South America from December 2024 until minimum End of March 2025 (no return ticket so far :-)) I will travel through Colombia, Perú, Chile and Argentina (maybe Uruguay and Brazil)
I hope to meet many amazing people here on Couchsurfing to share many unforgettable moments, great emotions and beautiful experiences! I'm very excited and can't wait for that chapter to start...

Music, Movies, and Books

I love electronic music, from organic and deep house to techno. What i like the most is staying in a group of people, connecting a phone to a speaker and then everybody shares their favourite songs of the playlist and tell their stories about those songs…
