About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am a traveller who likes to talk. If you have a story to share, I'd really like to hear it. In 2010, I will be travelling for the first time to the USA, Mexico, Spain, France, Germany and Denmark.

ABOUT ME

For as long as I can remember I have had a camera in my hand. I studied film making at university and hope to document amazing stories all over the world throughout my entire life. I have an amazing family and tremendous friends who inspire me to chase my dreams but also keep me grounded.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that everyone has a story to tell. Sometimes the lives of ordinary people offer the most extraordinary stories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm very new to the CS Project but I have many friends who are part of this remarkable revolution and I can't wait to help build this community wherever I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My housemate in Canberra, ACT, Australia, hosted five groups of couch surfers at our apartment. It was great to talk with all of the couch surfers and hear all about their amazing journeys. I hope to meet some new friends along my own journey.

Interests

If I am not out on the road helping out with a documentary or film project, I am usually watching a film or documentary with family and friends. I also love to eat and try new dishes, so a nice meal with a great group of people is something that I enjoy doing. History and cultural identity are topics that have always fascinated me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am pretty easy when it comes to music, books and movies. However, in terms of movies, I have to mention Zoolander, The Hangover and The Spanish Apartment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been an Awardee and a facilitator at the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) in Sydney, Australia, and Manila, Philippines.

Teach, Learn, Share

I look forward to learning as many languages as possible and in return I can offer awesome conversations in English or Tagalog.
