Overview
About Me
Describing oneself is indeed a very hard task. Nevertheless, I could say that I'm a very curious person, who gets easily impressed, but many times tries to grasp more from the world than he can actually handle.
I recently came back to Bogotá after studying at the Philipps Universität Marburg, as an exchange student (best year of my life so far).
Interacting with other people is something I feel that helps me significantly to grow and improve as a person.
I'm really open-minded, but if I don't like something I say it straight away, not always in the kindest way. I really like to laugh, smile, and enjoy every type of new adventure life puts in front of me.
Overall, I'm very friendly, and love to make people smile with simple things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Again, I want to travel around the world and learn about people and cultures. It was a pretty ambitious dream, but I feel I've made some progress onto it, and a lot of it has been thanks to Couchsurfing and the amazing people one can find here. Once again, there's a huge load of stuff to learn from every person, and this platform has made it easier for me to get closer to that knowledge from people coming from all around.
CS provides with something way beyond accommodation. It gives you the chance to know the city you're visiting from its inhabitants. That way, you will really learn about their culture. So far I have met incredible people, and I still stay in touch with many of them.
Interests
There's too much to this world... Too much to be grasped. Yet, I long to broaden my knowledge of it, and fill my memory with uncountable experiences and shared stories with people from all around it.
I love languages... There's nothing as beautiful as being able to understand others' thoughts, and discuss about them in their language. Languages are a tool that can join the world together.
Learning, and sharing... as much as possible. Starting from the very small things that leave a mark on those you cross paths with.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love Metal music since I was 10 years old, but I believe that this beautiful art can be presented in different shapes, so I can just as easily enjoy other styles --from Eminen, to Michael Jackson for instance.
I also love dancing salsa!
I like reading anything from fantasy books to thrillers; from Dark-Romantic to children books.
My favourite writer is JRR Tolkien.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Coming to Germany, definitely. It was my dream for many years, and accomplishing that was no easy task.
But one day this section will be filled with a major impact on someone else's life /,,/
Teach, Learn, Share
I have experience as English and Spanish teacher, so a language exchange is always welcome.
I love drawing, painting, sculpting... And so on. I would be pleased to share this passion with you, maybe give you some tips if you're into that.
I can teach some basic salsa steps as well...
