ABOUT ME

Im currently part of the production team at Pride of America cruise ship. It travels through most of the islands of Hawaii starting in Honolulu saturdays and ending in Kauai Friday. I have a lot of free time so I'm trying to do as much outdoor activities as I can. This beautiful islands are my home until March 2012

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Coming from Cuba where there's not much and all you have is each other and a community of people that are just trying to survive and dream big I finally found a place that I understand and connect with- Couch Surfing. After hearing from a friend about it and reading more on the website I almost cried knowing that there is such a community of humans that loves other humans. Not trying to sounds deep or anything but now in days and specially in this country people don't hand each other a hand for free or just for the beauty of meeting and learning about peoples life and stories. Me and my family are always bringing people home even before couch surfing so now we're on a mission to become an active member of this.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted many people in my house with my crazy cuban family but I haven't being a guest at anyones couch. Now that Im traveling all over the states maybe I will find the opportunity to meet some cool people that can maybe host or just show me around.

Because Im always busy dancing or doing theater at school I barely get a chance to read anything beside plays or watch movies. But I do enjoy movies such as A beautiful Mind, Butterfly effect, Prayer for Bobby, Saw sequel, and of course The Notebook lol. Music I love it all being a dancer I find music fascinating no matter what it is.

My trip to China was pretty incredible performing all over Asia really opened up my eyes and made me grow as a person.

Well Im a salsa teacher so I definitely be able to share a step or two lol. If you sleep in my couch you will definitely be dancing by the time you leave. Im a photographer n the side so you might also get a thing or two about that and leave with some awesome photographs. I speak 2 languages so we might be able to exchange in that. I Hope I get to learn something new from CSU
