Hi! I'm 24 years old, born in Vila-real, a little town from Spain. I have ended my medical studies last june, so now I'm preparing the MIR exam, next february, to do my specialization. I have also worked as librarian in the hospital library.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling and discover news places and people, and this is a great way of doing it, always learning something new and sharing experiences with other people!
I guess I will never get tired of travelling.

Interests

I love travelling, discovering new places, new people, new experiences! I think that is a very beautiful way of being in continuous evolution.

I love sports and writing. Are two of my favourite hobbies, so I regularly go to the gym, or go running...I can't stand still for a long time :P About writing I usually write poetry and short stories in a blog.

I also like playing guitar, but due to the career and job I don't have too much time to do all I would like to do... now I'm also learning to play the ukelele, I find it very funny!

I like motorbikes, and I hope I can get the permission to ride one soon to be able to travel in motorbike around the world. It would be fantastic!

A dark side: I like latin dance, like salsa and bachata, although I'm not too much skilled!

Oh, one more think: I love coffee and tea! Maybe in dangerous concentrations... haha :P (just joking).

Music: Nightwish, Warcry, Killus, Rammstein, Korn, Bullet for my Valentine, Alestorm, System of a Down, Breaking Benjamin, Eluveitie, Love of Lesbian, Marwan, Muse, Coldplay, Nomy, Uzzhuaia, Diego Ojeda, Supersubmarina, IZAL, Ed Sheeran, Ludovido Einaudi, Mike Oldfield... I like a lot of different generes, but I usually listen rock and metal, and on the other hand, also alternative music.

I like to read literature from Charles Bukowski, Haruki Murakami, Javier Marías, José Luís Sampedro, Gabriel García Márquez,... and poetry from Marwan, Carlos Miguel Cortés, Carlos Salem, Defreds, Ane Santiago...
I like to read manga and marvel comics (spiderman! It's my favourite one).

About movies, I must admit that I don't usually go a lot to the cinema, but if I have to choose a film, I liked a lot Requiem for a Dream, and Schindler's List. A group of films I really like a lot are Ghibly studio films (love the picture, the music...everything!) I also love Disney's movies and Pixar's movies! <3 And finally... I like anime too(Full Metal Alchemist Brootherhood, one of my favourite. D- Gray man, Gantz, Kenshin...)!
...and of course, I LOVE Star Wars.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have played in a rock band for two years as a guitarist.
I have participated in some poetry readings.
I don't know if it is considered as amazing by too much people, but I have presented some medical projects on different medical student's congress, so I'm very happy with that.
I also work as a volunteer on a charity against bulling. We give talks in some places as universities and schools about different subjects too.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like cooking, so if you want, I can teach you some spanish gastronomy!
I can teach to play the guitar and basics for the ukelele, basics of spanish language or the hiragana japanese silabarium (I'm just beggining with this language!)
