I am a Mexican guy, 26 years old, currently living in Belgrade, Serbia. I study Southeastern European Studies at the University of Belgrade and University of Novi Sad.

I'm a friendly guy, easygoing and very respectful. I am deeply interested in other cultures and languages, as well as geography and politics. In general, I am very interested in travelling and meeting new people and new cultures, and I try to learn as much as possible from the culture of the place I am in.

Because I think this community is excellent for knowing people both in your home country and abroad, both while you have free time in your own city helping guests discover your place, and while you're traveling and get help by those locals to get to know their environments, culture and way of life.

Music: I enjoy listening to a lot of genres, specially metal, rock, rock-pop, and many Balkan people will hate me for this, turbofolk :D

I really do not like to watch movies, unless they are about themes I like, and they are not produced in Hollywood. Favorite movie? Good Bye Lenin!

I like mostly Russian and eastern-European literature, also I like to read books about things I like, like governments, social stuff, geography, history, etc.

-Won the National Geographic World Championship in 2007, in San Diego, CA, USA.
-Move to the coolest city on earth: Belgrade!

Learn new languages, teach my language -spanish- to any foreigner who is interested in learning it.
Sharing bits of my culture and of my new adoptive culture to some other people interested in it, as well as I expect them to teach me some things of theirs.
