SOBRE MÍ Y FILOSOFÍA
Soy un chico andaluz social, abierto y curioso. Con ganas de vivir mi vida intensamente y de forma coherente con aquello que siento. Actualmente estoy centrado en mi desarrollo personal y en aprender de mí mismo para llegar a ser algún día la mejor versión de mí mismo, y estoy viviendo una etapa muy especial de mi recorrido vital: El Viaje. Posiblemente El Viaje más importante de mi vida. Y eso que ya ha habido muchos antes! he estado viviendo y trabajando ya en muchos países y eso me ha hecho tener una forma de ver la vida bastante abierta y madura, o así lo considero. Soy sencillo y tranquilo. No me considero divertido pero por algún motivo a la gente le gusta estar conmigo. Intento ser muy honesto conmigo mismo y con los que me rodean. Soy respetuoso y me interesa todo o casi todo. Deseo aprender muchas habilidades para ser autosuficiente. No voy con prisas y me encanta! Estoy aprendiendo a vivir en el aquí y en el ahora. No sé qué ocurrirá en mi futuro pero lo que está claro es que me estoy muy orgulloso de mi presente.

MISIÓN ACTUAL
El 20 de agosto de 2019 por fin me decidí a empezar el sueño que he tenido durante muchos años: un viaje sin límites de tiempo, saliendo de mi casa en Lucena (Andalucía) con mi bici y todo lo que necesito para sobrevivir, que me llevará allá donde la vida quiera para aprender sobre mí mismo, sobre el mundo que me rodea, y sobre algunas de las experiencias y proyectos que ya existen para efectuar un cambio sostenible en la sociedad actual.

ABOUT ME AND PHILOSOPHY
I am an Andalusian social guy, open and curious. Eager to live my life intensely and in a manner consistent with what I feel. I am currently focused on my personal development and learning from myself to one day become the best version of myself. Now I am living a very special stage of my life: The Journey. Possibly the most important trip of my life. And there have been many of them before! I have been living and working already in many countries and that has made me have a way of seeing life quite open and mature, or so I consider it. I am simple and calm. I don't consider myself fun, although people usually like to be with me. I try to be very honest with myself and with those around me. I am respectful and I am interested in all or almost everything. I want to learn many skills to be self-sufficient. I do not hurry and I love it! I am learning to live in the here and now. I don't know what will happen in my future but what is clear is that I am very proud of my present.

CURRENT MISSION
On August 20, 2019 I finally decided to start the dream that I have had for many years: a trip without time limits, leaving my house in Lucena (Andalusia) with my bike and everything I need to survive. The Journey will take me wherever life wants and my goal is to learn about myself, about the world around me, and about some of the experiences and projects that already exist to make a sustainable change in today's society.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Llevo en esta página casi diez años ya. La he usado para quedar con gente, hospedarme en casas y hospedar yo a gente en mi casa de Málaga. La filosofía de Couchsurfing combina muy bien con mi forma de ver el mundo: unir a desconocidos sin que importen las fronteras, los idiomas o el dinero que tengan. Nos pone en contacto de una manera altruista y con el único interés de conocernos. Además casa perfectamente con el estilo de vida que estoy llevando ahora: viajando y solo con mi bici y mi tienda de campaña. A menudo deseo parar en alguna ciudad a descansar un poco y al ir solo estoy encantado de conocer a la gente local y compartir experiencias.

I've been on this page for almost ten years now. I have used it to meet people, to stay in houses and to accommodate people in my house in Malaga. Couchsurfing's philosophy combines very well with my way of seeing the world: uniting strangers regardless of the borders, languages ​​or money they have. It connects us in an altruistic way and with the sole interest of knowing each other. In addition, It works perfectly with the lifestyle I am leading now: traveling and alone with my bike and my tent. I often want to stop in some city to rest a little and since I go alone I am delighted to meet the local people and share experiences.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a flat for myself in Benalmadena, which is a town next to Malaga (18 kms). About ten minutes away from the beach, this is the town where I work as a hotel receptionist and that's why I live in here. I have a spare room that could be useful for couchsurfers ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since a few years ago, I've accidentally met a lot of people who happened to be couchsurfers. I've met people in my town, and most of all, I've been using couchsurfing like a forum where to ask for help everytime I was in need of some information during my trips. But, since I realized that what I want to do in life is travelling, I think on couchsurfing as one of the most important tools I can use. And I will! In my great coming journey I will make it the main of my tools, since i'll be travelling with my tent and every know and then it feels amazing to sleep on a mattress, under a roof, with shower and these kind of things.

Interests

Suelo verle el lado positivo a todas las cosas, lo que implica que me termine interesando... casi todo! excepto algunas cosillas porque por otro lado también tengo una personalidad fuerte.

Intento ser lo más natural posible y aprender a ser algún día lo más autosuficiente que pueda. Me encanta aprender, sentir, hacer.

Hay muchas cosas que con mis 30 años aún no sé hacer, y ya ha llegado el momento de aprenderlas!

I usually see the positive side of all things, which implies that I end up being interested in ... almost everything! except a few things because on the other hand I also have a strong personality and there are a few things I cannot like.

I try to be as natural as I can and I learn to become one day as self-sufficient as possible. I love to learn, feel, do.

There are many things that I still don't know how to do with my 30 years, and the time has come to learn them!

Music, Movies, and Books

Musicalmente hablando soy un poco inculto. Tengo mi pendrive lleno de canciones que me gustan de todos los estilos, pero no llego mucho más lejos. Podría estar en un ascensor a solas con el o la cantante más importante del momento y no enterarme!

Películas sobre todo aquellas que me hacen aprender algo. Sean viejas o nuevas, clásicos o desconocidas, españolas o de kirguistán. Me da igual!

Libros: Leo mucho. Me encanta y siempre ando con algún libro en la mano. En el viaje tendré mi kindle lleno de libros en distintos idiomas, y si al final del viaje me he leido el 20 o el 30% de ellos ya sería todo un éxito.

Musically speaking I am a little uncultured. I have my flash drive full of songs that I like in all styles, but I don't go much further. I could be in an elevator together with the most important singer of the moment without ever realising!

Movies especially those that make me learn something. Whether they are old or new, classic or unknown, from Spain or from... Kyrgyzstan. I do not care!

Books: I read a lot. I love it and I always walk with a book in my hand. On the Journey I will have my kindle full of books in different languages, and if at the end of the trip I have read 20 or 30% of them it would already be a great success.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Para mí pertenecer a una familia bastante tradicional en muchos aspectos, y siendo de un pueblo definitivamente muy tradicional, y haber decidido dar el paso de dejarlo todo para vivir mi vida tal y como yo siento que debe ser aun estando en contra de todos los que me rodean, es algo suficientemente increíble.

I belong to a fairly traditional family in many aspects, and I am from a definitely very traditional town, so having decided to take the step of leaving everything behind to live my life as I feel it must be, even being against all those who surround me and who I love, it's something incredible enough.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hace unos años me di cuenta de que en mi vida había muchas cosas que yo no percibía, no entendía o no terminaban de gustarme. Comencé a observarme y actuar en consecuencia. Poco a poco he aprendido más y más técnicas que voy implementando y estoy empezando a vivir más y más la vida que deseo. Creo que el mayor aprendizaje que puedo compartir es ese despertar que siento que he tenido.

A few years ago I realized that in my life there were many things that I did not perceive, did not understand or did not quite like. I began to observe myself and act accordingly. Para mí lo más importante que puedo ofrecer es mi estilo de vida, mis vivencias y mi filosofía. para aquellos a los que les guste.
Tambien puedo intentar cocinarles algo como una tortilla de patatas o un gazpachito, típicos de mi tierra (* cuantos más couchsurfings haga, más rico me quedará, espero!).

Ofrezco mis habilidades para ayudar en lo que haga falta, ya sea temas de construcción, idiomas, mano de obra... cualquier cosa que pueda hacer yo estaré encantado de hacerla. Al ir sin prisa soy muy flexible y no me importa estar el tiempo necesario en cada lugar, si puedo colaborar con algo.

For me the most important thing I can offer is my lifestyle, my experiences and my philosophy as a living example, for those who like it.
I can also try to cook something like a potato omelette or a gazpachito, typical of my land (* the more couchsurfings I make, the better I will be, hopefully!).

I offer my skills to help with whatever it needs, be it construction issues, languages, labor ... whatever I can do I will be happy to do it. Since I am traveling without hurry I am very flexible and I don't mind being in the necessary time in each place, if I can collaborate with something.
