I can offer a place to stay.

I am usually very busy so I cant spend as much time as I would like with you. However, I can help you with finding information you need or having a small talk. When I have time I can show you my favourite places in the city, going to the beach...

I love learning foreign languages so I will be very happy if you could teach me some basic words in your language.
