Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

More than going to a city and visiting its touristic points, Couchsurfing offers a real opportunity to meet local people and to get in touch with different cultures. Sometimes we don't need to travel to meet interesting people, you just need to have an open mind and keep your door opened.

Right now I can't accept guests since I'm travelling around Asia with a friend for the next 5~6 months, but as soon as I go back to Brasil, it will be a pleasure to be a host and be able to present the city and the culture from where I come from.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Once I went from Lille in France till Amsterdam by bike with a chinese friend in 3 days. That's around 350 km. We had our tent and sleeping bags with us and we slept in the middle of the bushes just beside the road in a hidden "safe" spot.

Of course we got lost, tired and almost fought sometimes, but that's a part of the trip. We crossed several cities, met some friends and made others, but my favorite part will always be the road and the felling of being completely free to go wherever we wanted.
