About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am teaching the world the secrets of pealing tomatoes. You're welcome!

ABOUT ME

Fun, uncomplicated person.Though my last traveling partner said I was stuck up. I like to think I have a well developed sense of humor, that also helps me deal easily with small complications of the first world life :) I like people with a point of view, put who are up to listen to others too.

I love to be surrounded by people who share what life has thought them.

Always up for live gigs, a weekend getaway, a road trip or a day out in nature.

PHILOSOPHY

"Be yourself. Don't think about it" - sounds plain, but when this one man on a plane to Tel Aviv gave me this advice about a concern I was having, it felt like he opened my eyes forever...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have moved a lot lately so I cant name a routine for my CS experience, but I try to help out, hang out and use the social qualities of this platform quite often.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been maybe on 3-4 couches till now and hosted a couple of surfers myself

Interests

I love to cook soups, play scrabble, speak and learn different languages, ride my bike through cities and, among other stuff, read modern American literature.

I go to concerts and festivals.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite book so far has surely been the Kite Runner. I also enjoyed Life of Pi, Extremely loud and incredibly Close, The Road, books of Kundera, Cartarescu, Eliade, Jack Kerouac, Malcolm Gladwell, Kurt Vonnegut and on and on

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Thailand I was invited into a family´s home, where I ended up spending the evening and singing karaoke with them.

Teach, Learn, Share

Tomato pealing: put the tomato in boiling water for one minute. Then, just watch how the peal basically comes off by itself! magic!
