I've just moved to Vancouver, and am getting to know this beautiful city.

ABOUT ME

I am from western Canada, or the great north! I'm part Finnish, and am currently working on my Swedish and Japanese. I love swimming in cold lakes and seas, riding my bike, playing soccer and riding roller coasters. My last job I was employed at the Calgary Zoo. If you like penguins, I can answer all your penguin related questions!

I love all genres of music, but I do have a great appreciation for country music. I love folk music with lots of fiddles and other instruments. I also love really love ABBA! My favorite movie of all time is "The Sound of Music". But the Star Wars saga is an extremely close second!

I once went surfing in the snow at night on Vancouver Island. Most recently, I snorkeled with manta rays and trekked amidst komodo dragons in Indoensia.
