I'm an art director turned wellness coach turned yoga teacher living in Copenhagen, Denmark, spending much of my time practicing Yoga. Originally from the United States, I left over 7 years ago with a one-way ticket to Bali and have been living overseas ever since.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm not a fast traveler...I want the real experience of the places I visit, so I prefer to stay in one place for some time with people who live there, find the best restaurants, cook at home, etc. :)
