About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see the world.. meet amazing people and experience unforgettable things along the way.
ABOUT ME
My name is Carly. I currently reside in the beautiful Flagstaff Arizona. Although I've lived in Arizona my whole life, I get out of the state whenever I can. I love meeting new people, experiencing new things, and exploring new places.
PHILOSOPHY
Less human... more being.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Surf, host, and everything in between.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I stayed with a couch surfer for 2 weeks while filming a movie in Lake Havasu. It was such a great experience and have made a friend because of it. I cannot wait to meet more people, and hopefully make lots more friends. :)
Interests
Working two jobs, I tend to stay pretty busy. I spend my days at the local Flagstaff Channel 4 TV station. I do anything from behind the scenes camera work, to on-site reporting. And at night, I bartend and serve at a historic haunted hotel downtown. I love staying busy, and saving up my money to do what I really love... traveling. :) I'm absolutely in love with Photography... and I love to take my camera with me where ever I go. Getting to photograph new places, experience different lifestyles, meet new people... some of the many reasons why I love seeing the world.
And as far as other interests go... I love hiking, backpacking, volleyball, racquetball, softball, film, family, board games, creek trips, camping, and soaking up the sun.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Every time I travel, I see and do amazing things... so it's hard to narrow it down to just a couple. Spending some time at Machu Picchu, overlooking a city hundreds of years old... to camping with a family in Mexico... and working along side them to build an actual roof over their heads, and give them something they can call home... to getting blessed at the Tanah Lot Temple. I consider all things to be amazing in their own way... it's the experience you get out of it that makes it amazing. :)
