ABOUT ME
I am a Lecturer in the School of Archaeology and Anthropology at the ANU. My long-term fieldwork is in Latin America (and make a mean empanada). My job takes me all over the world, and I love to travel.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As an anthropologist I have so often benefited from the kindness and generosity of strangers, whether at academic conferences around the world or in my field research. Couchsurfing seems like a great way to do that and more!
Interests
When I'm home I have lots of domestic experiments from brewing homemade beer to tinkering with cooking projects, &c. Also enjoy exploring the outdoors with my corgi dog "Buffy" (slayer of many squirrel vampires, or so she likes to think!).
