My name is Carmen, I'm 21 years old and I'm from Spain. I'm currently living in Madrid, where I study and work as a dance teacher.

I'm sorry I can't host people right now because I live in a very little room I rented in a tiny appartment, but as soon as I have more space I will be delighted to share my home with anybody who wants to come!

I'm very open minded, I love traveling and meeting new people, knowing new places, cultures and lenguages... I'm a very active and independent person. I like to share my time with my friends, family or people I care about, but I also need my own space and time to be alone with myself.

I'm also a very artistic person, I'm into almost every kind of art. As I said before, I'm a dancer, but I also like to sing, to draw, I totally love music (I play little bit the guitar and I'd love to learn how to play piano), I'm very interested in photography... As I said, I'm interested in almost every art. I think art is a very important way to express ourselves and connect with other people.

I'm vegan since I was 16 years old, I totally love animals, especially cats! I also like to cook so I can share with you some delicious vegan recipes such as lasagna, or chocolate cake...

I'm also an impulsive person, I totally trust my instinct and sometimes I like to improvise and do what I feel that is good for me at that moment, even if it seems a litle bit crazy (for instance, deciding to travel to a different country next week to clear my ideas, dying my hair or getting a piercing). My mum is already used to it, hahaha.

I'm a feminist and a lgtbi+ friendly person, so I really apreciate to share my time with very empathic people who really respects the rest of human beings, no matter what they are or where they come from.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Right now I'm looking for a place to stay a few days in London, I would like to go there next week and stay 4/5 days more or less.

I think couchsurfing is a great oportunnity to meet new people. I'm adeventurous and every new experience that will make me grow as a person is welcome to my life!

Also as I said before, I would love to host people as soon as I have my own appartment, I'm a person who really likes to share new experiences with different people.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I love reading fatasy novels (such as The Name of the Wind, by Patrick Rothfuss), but I also like to read byographys or books about politics, science or any subject I'm interested about.

I like many different kind of music... It goes from rap/hip hop, to clasical music, swing, pop, rock... It really depends on how I feel at each moment of my life.

About films, I don't think I have a favorite one, but I really like Studio Ghibli films, also Amelie, The Lord of the Rings... I have a very diverse taste for films as well.
