Overview
About Me
Just a gal in her 20s seeking fun adventures & meaningful (~platonic~) connections as she travels the world. Let’s be friends!
My favorite things in life (in no particular order) — delicious vegan food, campfires, fall leaves, rainy days, learning languages, writing, board games, talking about psychology & philosophy, going on adventures, latin dance, and (newly) learning to play guitar and practicing bjj!
A lil bit girly, a lil bit nerdy, a lil bit outdoorsy, & a BIG bit goofy (when I’m around the right people). Serious about ethics & social justice.

My favorite quote: “I don’t want to get to the end of my life and find that I just lived the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well.” –Diane Ackerman

If you are a woman, you are safe with me. If you are LGBTQ+, you are safe with me. If you are a Person of Color, you are safe with me. If you live with a disability, you are safe with me. If you stand against war, you are safe with me. If you are a human who cares for others—and who actively seeks to make those around you feel safe—you are safe with me.
Prejudice and apathy have no home here. 😌
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'd love to meet locals and residents of the countries I visit to experience the culture more authentically :)
I’ve been on Couchsurfing for 5+ years and I’ve never been able to offer my own space to host, until now! Would love to give back to this community by offering a place to stay :) That said, I have to be very particular about when/whom I can host, so if you request to stay with me, make sure to personalize your request to let me know why you think we’d be a good fit!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Since graduating from uni, I’ve spent the past 3 years living as a digital nomad, mostly as a solo-backpacker, and more recently as a slow traveler. Some of my adventures have included:
– skydiving in Gold Coast, Australia
– snorkeling & scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef
– diving (open water cert) in Honduras :)
– hitchhiking around Nicaragua (for funsies) and across New Zealand North Island (when our rental car broke down)
– week-long silent meditation retreat in Thailand
– a couple mini motorcycle trips in Mexico with a CS friend :) (I was just the passenger, ha)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Humor, stories, and a new perspective on the world, maybe? I like to think that I have a pretty fun personality 🤪 I can teach you about meditation, help you practice English, teach you basic photography + graphic design skills…
