ABOUT ME

I am a relaxed and friendly twenty-something looking to explore this beautiful and vast world. I can be impulsive, and love exploring and adventures, and have lived in the one of the best places in the world to do so for most of my life – British Columbia. I am always smiling, and am an extrovert. I have just graduated from university, and I think that there is so much in the world to be discovered, so I’m off on a journey for quality experiences. I want to meet new people, experience new cultures, eat delicious food, and see new sights.

I have only heard the greatest things about couchsurfing, and as I set out for solo travel for the first time, I'm ready to experience it for myself.

Interests

I love exploring the outdoors, whether its with a mountain bike, hiking boots, or barefoot. I love trying new food, and cooking new recipes. Nothing is better than a warm cup of tea and book to enjoy. I find yoga relaxing and soothing, and I'm just new to the world of mediation. I find people fascinating, and I love making new friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love books, and one book that I recently read that amazed me was Shantaram.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Too many to list! But, I spent some time living and working in a rural Cambodian village that was very profound.

I have also lived in Squamish for the past 4 years, and hiking and mountain biking in the region has been absolutely wonderful. Everything from hiking in Garbaldi Provincial park, to walking barefoot in the rainforest behind my house has left a huge sense of wonder and appreciation in me.
