Hey! It's hard to describe myself as I'm constantly changing activities and places BUT what always remain is my curiosity, my interest in health and wellness and my endless love for nature and movement.
2022 update: I'll be studying in Canada for some months, hopefully I'll be able to travel and get to meet some new friends.

I have traveled quite a lot, and some of my best experiences have been staying with CS hosts, the opportunity to meet interesting people is the biggest value. I have always loved the idea of CS, and I recommended it to friends countless times, it feels like a worldwide family.

兴趣

I really enjoy swimming, cycling, running, specially trail running, hiking, doing yoga, basically moving my body, and if that can be done outdoors, it's more than perfect.
I would say that health and wellness is my main area of interest and study, from medicine itself to meditation and sacred plants.
