About Me
I love to travel and enjoy nature and the outdoors when time and resources allow. I'm into Iyengar yoga and Vipassana meditation, snorkeling, hiking, and biking. I delight in playing with my nephews and nieces and take nourishment from mostly plant-based foods.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's wonderful to travel, experience and connect with other human beings :-) I've met people who have done it but I haven't actually hosted nor became a guest. I'm hoping to do my first couchsurfing experience in May 2019 when I go to San Diego, CA.

I took my first Vipassana course in 2004 and would like to continue walking on the path :-)
