I'm a relaxed girl that likes travelling a lot. Currently I'm staying in Atlanta because of an exchange program. I like it a lot! The people in the South are really friendly, welcoming and always have nice stories to share!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just like meeting new people. I feel like every time I meet someone, I always learn something new, if it's about random facts, history, culture, nutrition, languages, personal experiences or other wisdom. I also like spending time with other people, so when I'm travelling I can only handle a few hours exploring on my own and then I want to have someone there to share these awesome new things I just discovered!

Interests

I do Crossfit, I love Yoga, I really like outdoor sports like kayaking, hiking, running or rafting. I'm interested in how people live their lives in different countries and how people are raised differently in different areas in the world. I like talking, but I also like listening. I love cooking, but recently, I feel like I never have enough time to cook something awesome. I just discovered that I like photography.

Music, Movies, and Books

That's a hard question for me, because I don't really like a specific kind of music, movie or book. I do love Harry Potter. All of the books, some of the movies! I love Game of Thrones and the GoT Soundtrack, I love One Tree Hill, Modern Family, Arrow, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., How I met your mother, Revenge and House of Cards. But I also like documentaries. I like Kings of Leon and Jason Derulo.

COME TO THE UNITED STATES :) that's awesome to me! After all the applications and forms and preparation, I'm finally here and I do my best to get everything out of it!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some German words or phrases or how to cook delicious veggie food. I can share my life experiences, which finally led from a very unconsious and anxious little person to a strong and fearless woman (sounds dramatic, but I feel like it's a good way to express ist!)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm generally told that I'm a really genuine person, who's friendly and likes giving instead of taking all the time. So even if I think that I also have very "dark" places inside me, I always try to be a nice person! What I can share with hosts is ja great, unstressful time. I could also cook some "typical German" dishes, tell you about German culture, traditions, festivals and of course offer a couch in Atlanta or in Germany (Erlangen) when I get back (June 2016)
