CURRENT MISSION
Get out my confort zone!
ABOUT ME
I grow up in a small village but I have always been attracted by the bright lights of the city. As Paris wasn't challenging enough I moved to London to enjoy everything this amazing city has to offer.
I also enjoy my job that suits my personality quite well. It's always, intense and I get to chat with all sorts of people! I am not saving lives, but I like to believe I can be useful.
The city life finally got me. I have quit my job last December and now currently travelling in South America for the next 7 months. I needed a break from the routine and fully live the unexpected.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've started getting involved in couchsurfing events when I was living in Paris. I didn't have my own profile at that time but as I had the biggest flat I hosted a few persons for my friends. I've also been to a couple of events and always enjoyed the international picnic and other crazy "apéro-métro".
I've also used hang out quite a lot. Best way to meet locals.
Interests
To my parents’ great displeasure, I am a city girl and so enjoy all related activities. I like going out with my friends as much as meeting new people. Leaving in a big city is for me, always full of surprises.
However, I don't forget where I am from. And I am still involved in the traditional cultural events of my home town and try to keep alive the Breton culture.
I am a big fan of cycling, it's the best way to get around the city (yes even London). I do like spending time in the nature to climb or to trek. And nothing makes me more happy than jumping in the water (well at a bearable temperature...)
Music, Movies, and Books
I have enjoyed a lot of films but I am so bad with names and title I can barely named one! I have a very special place in my childish heart for Wes Anderson's films.
I do love reading even if it hard to find the time... I enjoy the French and international classics, but my favourite author so far is Gabriel Garcia Marquez!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moving to a new country on my own to start a new life adventure.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love cooking for others and learn new dishes. It's my way to learn, teach and obviously share!
If you're a little bit nerdy I can also teach you some traditional Breton dances.
