ABOUT ME

Hello!

My name is Carol-Ann and I am 24. I am presently studying full-time in order to complete a master degree in psychoeducation. I am really interested in everything touching mental health. I am also working part time in a house for persons with severe and chronic mental health problems, like schizophrenia. Before that, I've been working 2 years and a half as a street-worker (specialized educator) for a non-profit organisation, which was an amazing experience that I'd be please to tell you more about.

In my spare times, I like to play the guitare, to share music in a good jamm session, to write or to go for a bicycle ride along the river. In fact, I like plenty of other things; going in music shows, jogging, skateboarding, hiking...I am an easygoing and curious person!I love meeting people. It's one of my favorite things about life also. Talking, sharing experiences, learning, teaching..growing up.. You don't ever know what's going to be issued from a new meeting... surprise!

I've already couchsurfed in Calgary, in Boston, in Seattle and in portland! All of those times were amazing experiences where I have met great people and shared good moments. It's always great to discover new places by sharing time with local people...and to get to know some new friends!
